MEU homecoming

Homecomings are always a little crazy and this one was no different. It's all pretty slow but filled with anxious nerves until the service members show up, then all hell breaks loose. This one was a little extra crazy for me because I was covering two families at the same time. I did bring a second shooter with me to help out but I still tried to cover both. The wives couldn't find their husbands for a few minutes in the sea of uniforms and unfortunately for me, the husbands found their wives at almost exactly the same time. Here are some bloopers I caught in the chaos:

• couples making crazy faces
• the sun causing even more crazy faces
• random body parts, people, and objects getting in the way of the shot
• accidental pictures of nothing
• my clients in mid conversation
• second shooter was in the background of many photos
• another photographer in the background doing her thing
